Q1. How can I design my box? A：You provide design ideas and we help you complete the design.

Q2. Can I order a sample first before pushing through with a higher quantity order? A: Yes. There is no minimum order for this product. You can order as few as 1 box. Ordering one box is perfect if you’d like a sample to check out before committing to a larger order.

Q3. How do I know what box size I need? A:Start by measuring the items you want to put inside the box.You can assemble and group the products together to simulate how it would look like packed inside. Measure the length, width, and depth of the space it occupies. Add an inch or two on the sides to make it easy to pack and unpack.

Q4.When will I receive my custom box order? A:It take us 25-30 business days to manufacture and ship your boxes, Shipping transit time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Sample orders (1 box) ship within 3 – 5 business days.

Q5. Are there any hidden fees? What about die and plate costs? A: No. The prices we quote you are final. Only tax and shipping will be added at checkout.

Q6. Can I have printing on the inside and outside of the boxes? A: Yes. You can have printing on the outside, inside, or both. You may also order blank unprinted boxes.
